Wishing You A Sweet Season Annual Snowman Figurine

Beautiful

Very upset. Bought the annual snowman for my Mom for Christmas. Have had it a few months and remember the 1st one they gave me at Hallmark had a broken candy cane. Went to wrap the one I ended up with and upon closer inspection, see that the same candy cane has been GLUED back together!! Pretty sure the store didn't glue it as I've gone there for years. Looks like it was glued at the factory and re-painted! Now, we are 6 days from Christmas. Pretty sure the store is out of stock this late in the game. Kind of bad business to ship repaired figures to stores!!! $55 wasted.

The figurine arrived. However the bird on the snowman's hat had come off and was rattling around in the bag. I could hear it in the box before I even got back into my house. I think a better job should be done with the gluing and the packaging. As expensive as these figurines are they should arrive in one piece. I have a shepherd from a nativity that has a broken staff which I have not been able to fix. I was able to glue the bird back on. I love the figurine but I don't love having to repair them. I buy these pieces believing they will arrive intact. It is disappointing and nerve wracking when they don't.
