I ordered 2 bibles for gifts on 9/14 (along with overpriced figurine) and received the figurine with a book sleeve - no bibles! I contacted Customer Support and after several emails I was asked to provide proof via photo. I sent photo of figurine and sleeve with packaging. No reply. After more attempts, I was told that the issue was being relayed to the shipping manager and that I had to wait. After another week of waiting and my inquiry I was told that I need to wait until manager responds and there is nothing else that can be done on the Customer Service side. WTH! I am contacting my credit card company to dispute for non-fulfillment. In the meantime I get a review our product email and click on it to see that the item is "out-of-stock." Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere!
