God Bless America Angel Figurine

The figurine came broken (2 parts broken off). After contacting Precious moments Mgmt, they sent another "broken" figurine. In both cases the styrofoam was intact indicating the packaging process is flawed. Not happy

We received 3 broken eagles and returned 2, as we were informed that precious moments has a 2 return maximum before they just issue a refund, which doesn't solve the problem. It's an "exclusive" piece so I can't go somewhere and procure an unbroken figurine. Now, we are forced to complete a repair job on the broken figurine. I will definitely pay attention to the design of a figurine before purchase next time.

I love the figurine she is gorgeous. I am giving 3 stars because I have to ship back 2 broken figurines. My third one arrived broken as well but since there was a wire I was able to reattach the eagle. I expressed my concerns to the workers about the packaging which the warehouse workers did not heed. There is no styrofoam for the eagle to nest in and nothing was even wrapped around the eagle to prevent it from breaking off. The base is very heavy so be careful moving the figurine. The piece is gorgeous, but the packaging is horrible.

I love this Angel, but I had to have it shipped back twice due to the eagle being broken off the flagpole.My second replacement arrived safely, but my sister in law has had to have it replaced three times…we do believe this is due to a defect in packaging. There is NO slot in the styrofoam for the eagle to rest safely. I’m rating it 4 stars because of the replacement hassles, not because of the design. She is a TRUE AMERICAN BEAUTY!

She is beautiful! It was delivered without a chip. They made sure that she was properly secure in the box. The only thing that I need to warn people that she is top heavy. So she needs to be placed on a very flat surface. I tried to place her on a doily and I caught her as she started to tip over. I am so pleased with her!!
