What is the Precious Moments Collectors’ Club® and when did it start?

The Precious Moments Collectors’ Club® has values rooted in its motto of “loving, caring, and sharing”. Established in 1981, the Club provides a forum for Precious Moments enthusiasts by offering Members’ Only exclusives as well as a sense of community. Since the Club’s launch, hundreds of thousands of Members have celebrated the message behind the Precious Moments collection.


What do I receive for being a Member?

With your paid 2024 Club Membership, registered through U.S. Club Headquarters, you receive the exclusive Symbol of Membership Figurine and the following benefits*:

Yes! Precious Moments enthusiasts from around the world are welcome to join the Club.

Club Members with shipping addresses outside of the United States are not eligible for Free Shipping benefit. All import taxes, custom duties, and associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

What is a Charter Member?


Members who joined the Precious Moments Collectors’ Club® in 1981 and remained active Members through the current Club year are designated as Charter Members. These first-year Members are eligible to receive a Charter Member Kit, which includes a “Charter Member” under stamp and “CM” item number.

 

How do I get my story published in the digital MOMENTS Magazine?


We encourage one and all to Share The Gift Of Love. Share your story of how you share your love of Precious Moments, how a particular figurine has impacted you, or how your meeting with a Precious Moments VIP touched your life and we might use your story or photos in an upcoming issue of MOMENTS Magazine, our website, or other publication.

Are there any Precious Moments events exclusive to Club Members?


Club Members and non-Club Members alike are invited to attend Precious Moments’ sponsored events. Club Members receive advance notification of certain events, including the Precious Moments Family Reunion Event, VIP Signing Events, and the Precious Moments Collector Cruise through MOMENTS Magazine and via email.



Why did my renewal date change from my original join date?


Beginning in Fall 2019, all renewal dates are calculated on a 12-month calendar from the renewal month, instead of from the join date.

For example: Jane’s original join date is October 7, 1999. In 2019, she renewed her membership on November 1. Jane’s 2020 Club membership will renew on November 1, 2020.

 

Why have I not received my renewal notice?


We do not want you to miss out on any of the benefits of Club membership. Please contact U.S. Club Headquarters to ensure we have the correct mailing address on your account.

Are Symbol of Membership Figurines or Members’ Only Figurines guaranteed to be in stock?


Our Club Members are some of our most valued customers and we strive to deliver the best service and experience. Precious Moments Company guarantees the Symbol of Membership Figurine and Members’ Only Figurines are available to paid Club Members in the current 12-month calendar year (January – December). Sorry, we are not able to guarantee availability of Charter Member Kits.

Club Member benefits last for 12-months from your join or renewal date, so availability of your exclusive Club figurines may be limited depending on your join or renewal date and the popularity of the items.


How do I claim my Free Shipping and Free Personalization benefits?

  • Free standard shipping is available to all paid Club Members registered through U.S. Club Headquarters shipping to District of Columbia and the 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses.

  • Free personalization on select items is available to all paid Club Members registered through U.S. Club Headquarters. Not all items are eligible for personalization. Personalization character limits apply.

Are Collectors’ Club figurines available from retail stores or online retailers?
Precious Moments Collectors’ Club® Symbol of Membership and Members’ Only Figurines are only available for purchase through PreciousMoments.com and the Precious Moments Chapel Gift Shoppe in Carthage, Missouri. Membership verification is required for purchase of Members’ Only Figurines.
