I received the item in a timely manner but upon inspection I discovered that it was damaged. The Princess Calendar was packed inside a styrofoam mold within its original box, which was protectively packed inside a larger shipping box by several air bags. I don’t see how they could have been any more determined to prevent potential shipping damage than they did. Nevertheless and unfortunately USPS shows no care in handling packages and the Princess Ariel got broken from the base. The good news is, I emailed Precious Moments and they quickly sent me another item. Using the same careful packing method, the item arrived in perfect condition. I give this transaction the highest rating of service due to the quality of the product and the extreme professionalism in customer support. Accidents happen but customer satisfaction is earned. Many thanks from a very satisfied customer!

My order arrived with PM boxes crammed into a large box and no packing materials underneath or on the sides of the figurine boxes. A large order of items only had air packs placed on top of all the figurine boxes. This poor packing resulted in a damaged shipping box and multiple items broken. This figurine arrived with Ariel broken off. So I sent pictures to customer service and have had ongoing emails to resolve this issue and waiting to get a resolution. I have been a PM Club Member for over 30 years and have bought PM for decades! Loyalty only goes one way??

This princess perpetual calendar is amazing and adorable! I love it! Even though I’m an adult it fit perfectly into my pretty princess theme room. I have other precious moment statues (Disney) so these fit right in. Again these are fabulous and I forgot to mention it helps me keep track of the date!
