SOLICITED SUBMISSIONS:
Entry into the Contest constitutes permission to use your name and/or likeness, and entry (story and/or photo) in connection with this and future Company promotions, advertisements, and events and you waive any and all claims of copyright, royalty or other compensation, monetarily or otherwise, or right of privacy for any such use. All information disclosed as an entry or part of an entry to this Contest, whether public or private (except for personally-identifiable information), becomes property of the Company and pursuant to the posted Terms of Service may be used, sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company for any reason, at the sole discretion of the Company. Entries, comments, and[/or] questions made as a part of this Contest may not be acknowledged and may be publicly viewable by users outside of the Company.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD:
The Contest Period begins on March 21, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. CT and ends March 28, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the “Giveaway Period”). All eligible entries during the Giveaway Period will receive an equal chance of winning.
HOW TO ENTER:
Entrants must provide their complete name and valid email address on the official digital entry form or upload a photo of your favorite Easter memory to Instagram or Facebook on a public post using "#PreciousEasterMemoriesGiveaway" in the caption.
Submissions must meet minimum file requirements:
- Accepted formats include: PNG, JPG, GIF, TIF, PDF;
- Submission must not exceed 50 MB file size;
- Submission must not infringe upon the intellectual property of or right of privacy/publicity to any person or entity;
- Submission must not contain any obscene, profane, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit or otherwise questionable, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
Entries submitted in an attempt to circumvent these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to: entrants or entries not meeting minimum eligibility requirements, attempts to tamper with or tampered entries, attempts to tamper with the entry process, attempts to override or otherwise trump any other entry, or use of multiple email addresses, identities or devices, shall be disqualified. Entrants meeting the minimum eligibility requirements are limited to one (1) Submission per email address and unlimited entries via social media.
PRIZE DRAWING:
One (1) winner will be determined by online voting during the Contest Voting Period. The Submission receiving the highest number of votes during the Contest Voting Period will be deemed to be the winner. In the event of a tie, Company will choose, at random, one (1) winner from all eligible Submissions. The odds of winning vary based on the number of entries received. The prize includes:

Prize(s) may be substituted at the discretion of the Company and are non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash, gift cards or other credit. Declarations of applicable federal and state taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Company makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of the prize(s), including, without limitation, their quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNER:
Company will attempt to notify the winner(s) via email within five (5) business days of the Prize Drawing. The potential winner(s) are afforded ten (10) business days to claim their prize by contacting the Company. If the prize is not claimed by the eleventh (11th) day, the potential winner foregoes the prize and it becomes property of the Company. Entrants may be required to sign and return a Photo Release, Liability Waiver, and/or Winner Acknowledgement in conjunction with their entry and/or prior to being publically declared as a winner and/or prior to receiving a prize. DELIVERY OF PRIZE:
